This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Mohit collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users ("Users") of the Whogoing mobile application ("App").

- Device ID (for advertisement AdMob)
- Vehicle information (name, registration number, color, seats, available seats)
- Route information (start, via, end, pricing)
2. Use of Personal Information:
Personal information collected from Users is used to provide and improve the services offered by the Whogoing mobile application, including facilitating ride-sharing and communication between Users. Device ID may be used for targeted advertising through AdMob. Vehicle information is shared with other Users to facilitate bike and carpooling. Route information is used to create and display ride options to Users.
3. Data Security:
Mohit implements appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of Users' personal information and data stored on the Whogoing mobile application.
4. User Control and Access:
Users can access, update, or delete their personal information by accessing their profile within the Whogoing mobile application. Users can manage permissions such as location, notifications, and camera within their device settings.
5. Age Limit:
The Whogoing mobile application is intended for users aged 18 and above. Users under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the App.
6. Changes to this Privacy Policy:
Mohit reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptance of Terms:
By using the Whogoing mobile application, Users signify their acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If Users do not agree to this Policy, they should not use the App.
